Staying here was a delight as I could easily stroll just a few steps to the beautiful beach, while also having a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance, including fantastic spots like 3 Scoops Ice Cream and Subway which were just a short 2-minute walk away; the hotel has lots of amenities like a nice pool area and a bar with outdoor movies, although a few areas could use some renovations but that didn't diminish my overall experience!

The hotel offers great value for families. There are ample activities for kids—swimming, beach play, and outdoor movies kept them thoroughly entertained. Breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of options. cleanliness requires improvement. Dried splatters on the wall were disappointing, and the room’s heater emitted an unpleasant odor. Curtains were non-functional for light control, and the balcony door was troublesome. The location is ideal, right on the main road and close to enjoyable eateries, while the staff is generally accommodating. A standout experience was check-in with Lou, who was genuinely helpful. A recommendation: ensure front desk staff maintain a professional presence. I would return, but with a few adjustments.

The lazy river pool was fantastic for relaxation and fun. Cleanliness in the room could use some work. They offer bicycle rentals which is a nice touch. Breakfast had a great selection but needed better room cleaning.

The lazy river and pool area were great for relaxing. Rooms felt a bit dated and could use more updates. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the live music nights. Could use better lounge chairs by the pool.

I couldn't believe how noisy it was! The adjoining room's family sounded like they were right in our space, making it impossible to relax. Plus, the shower drain couldn’t keep up, leading to messy overflow. Just frustrating!

Friendly staff and an unbeatable location across from the beach made the trip enjoyable. Lounging by the pool was blissful, with plenty of loungers available. the A/C unit was quite noisy, but it did the job in the summer heat. The room's cleanliness left room for improvement, and the slow elevator tested patience. Breakfast was average, and food prices at the tiki bar felt steep—$15 for two small tacos? A bit much. Communication about early check-in could be clearer. Despite the hiccups, the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. Interested in returning.

The bed was really comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The AC was decent but quite noisy, which became a distraction at times. Upon check-in, I found a used wet towel hanging on the bathroom door, which was off-putting. The room itself felt dated and could use some updating. I noticed some items at breakfast were a bit cold. The noise from the pool area could be heard in the room, making it harder to sleep. the location and staff friendliness made the stay more enjoyable despite these issues.

We particularly enjoyed having access to free Wi-Fi in our room, which made it convenient to stay connected during our vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring the area. there were a few areas that could be improved. We found the lack of ironing facilities in the room to be a bit inconvenient, as we had to make do without them during our stay. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room at a comfortable temperature at times, especially during the warmer parts of the day. our experience at Beachside was enjoyable, with the cozy rooms and friendly staff making our stay pleasant. Despite some minor issues, the convenient location and comfortable accommodations made our vacation memorable.

Close beach access and free beach amenities like surfboards and beach chairs. Conveniently close to Ron Jon Surf Shop and Port Canaveral, with a fun lazy river on-site.
Extremely loud poolside music overshadowed check-in experience and continued past promised time. Breakfast and room amenities were basic, lacking a microwave.

Beachside Hotel And Suites offers a delightful atmosphere with a very cute decor. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making your stay enjoyable. Although the rooms could be cleaner at times, the variety of activities for kids, including outdoor movies and beach access, make it a memorable experience.

The pool is fantastic and kept open late, perfect for cooling off after a day of fun. The complimentary breakfast is a real highlight; the staff makes sure everyone is well taken care of.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the value is definitely there for what you get.

Beach access was rad, we hit up Ron Jon Surf Shop and Port Canaveral. Lazy river was chill, breakfast fueled our adventures! Bikes, boogie boards, and beach gear made our trip fly!
Would've rocked if there was a cool poolside bar for a young vibe! .

The game room and workout area were great perks for keeping the kids entertained and active. The free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver for us parents!
My wife says that a kiddie pool would have been a nice addition for families with young children.

beachside hotel and suites provided a great experience for my family. the location was perfect, with the beach just across the road and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the double queen suite was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool area was fantastic with a lazy river, poolside bar, and complimentary amenities like towels and beach equipment. overall, a wonderful experience for families with kids.

I could float along the Lazy River with a drink, or chill under the Tiki Hut. Fun amenities like pool, hot tub, and games. Close to Cocoa Beach Pier. The free happy hour at Lagoon Lounge was a hit!
Enjoyed listening to the lovely sound of luggage and housekeeping carts outside my room.

the hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were clean and comfy - with a fantastic ocean view. the location is just perfect - close to the beach and lots of shops. the front desk staff was top-notch - super friendly and helpful.

Our time at the hotel was incredible thanks to the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, especially Lue. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with valuable information and recommendations. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, creating a tropical atmosphere. As a mom traveling with my teenage daughter, I felt safe and comfortable within the resort. The hotel staff was accommodating and quickly resolved any issues we had, such as providing a quieter room when our initial one had noisy neighbors. The location was convenient, with a shuttle to the port and close proximity to the beach. it was a fantastic experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slight annoyance from one of the front desk employees when our large family gathered in the lobby. However, this did not significantly impact our overall stay.

Man, let me tell ya, the lazy river & pool were pristine, like I'm talking top-notch spotless. And the breakfast spread was on point, so much variety and all nicely laid out. Plus, being just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach and a short walk from the pier? Can't beat that for location!
Now, not to rain on the parade, but that $25 pet fee per night? And don't get me started on that dog-walking patch in the parking lot – tripped and twisted my ankle on that sneaky incline.

The amenities, lazy river, and beach access were great. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. I had an enjoyable stay. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
